| ROT has been recognized for the quality and attention to details throughout. New for 2011, we present Blood Manor. The third and newest attraction guests will experience with the same low general admission price. The entire walk through experience encompasses 8,500SqFt of fun and terror. | Highlights of Attractions : |
| Reign of Terror is an 8,500 square foot walk through attraction containing three haunted houses. You first enter the original Reign of Terror haunted house which serves as the gateway to all other ROT features. The Victorian styled dwelling undergoes subtle changes annually to keep guests on the edge of anticipation while preserving the original look and feel that put ROT on the map and continues to captivate fans. When you exit the butcher shed of the haunted house, you will end up in the front yard of granny?s home where inside, something revolting has happened. If you continue forward, you will enter our newest attraction, Granny?s Blood Manor (Opens 2011). If you do not wish to observe the gruesomeness for yourself, from the front yard, you will have the option skip this tour and proceed to the final attraction. Finally, guests will enter the ROT Asylum where nothing but the best care is provided for the criminally insane. The Asylum is a deranged psychiatric institution staffed with mad scientists, nurses, and a variety of other highly unqualified lunatics. |

| Our lights on tour was so successful in 2010, we added an additional day for the 2011 season. On Saturday, October 22nd and 29th from 1:00 - 4:00pm, we will display the Reign of Terror with bright lights and low scares for children and haunt enthusiasts. No actors, no scary sounds, no dark corners. This is a great opportunity to introduce the little ones to the fun of haunted houses and for the fans who wish to appreciate the great detail that we have become known for. Parents/Adults admitted for FREE if accompanied by a paying child. $5.00 per ticket, this event only. No other coupons accepted. (Tickets sold on-site) |

| ROT is conveniently located at the Janss Marketplace, only 15 minutes north of Los Angeles County. From the 101 Freeway, Exit Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks. Head north for two blocks. We are located near the intersection of Moorpark Road and Hillcrest Drive on your left. Free parking structure with plenty of spaces. To access us from the 118 freeway, please type in your address below for directions. |

The 2008 Reign of Terror was incredible. I did not expect that level of attention to detail or the monster acting that I saw. I would have paid triple the price for this event.
