EXTREMELY disorganized ticket system. You buy tickets online for a specified time which ends up meaning nothing. Really long times just to get your online ticket turned into a real ticket and over the top security check. Purchased skip the line pass in which security still made us wait at times. They let a massive amount of people in at once making it nearly impossible to be scared of the actors popping out. Quality was great, actors were dedicated, but they need to get a better system going.

Longer lines than DisneyWorld...seriously. The 3+ Hours in lines being blasted with terrible pop music was scarier than the haunt itself. Haunts/creatures themselves had great detail although it was difficult to see/experience much of it from middle of the hayride. If lines were shorter, and tickets were cheaper, I'd go back. There are definitely other haunts more worthy of being in the top 10 list.

Extremely long and disorganized lines (we didn't get on our 10pm hayride until 11:50). No line actors at all and awful music (Beyonce, Britney Spears). Severe lack of atmosphere when not inside a haunt and when transitioning from haunt to haunt. Overall, good actors and attention to detail but we did encounter some broken/non functioning animatronics. The first "5" haunts after the hayride are merged together into, what should be billed as 1, or maybe 2 haunts. I'm glad I went but expected more

Overall it was a great experience. There were 4 hs girls who made laugh and enjoy it. They actually got soo scared i thought they would pee in their pants! The actors scared them so bad at one point they couldn't move for about 4 mins..They picked on those girls for the whole time!! They actually made my father and i stay behind them so no actors could get them from behind!! Both of us had a great time. My father loved the craftmanship of every house and even the hayride. I would go back again

Overall we were disappointed. Disorderly line control and confusion in the queue. Didn't know when or where you should be, so we just jumped in. They run too many people through the attractions at a time. It's hard to be "scared" when you're just in a continuous line. The actors did work hard though and the setting there is great.

I loved it when I went! there was not one time I wasn't screamin', I fell a bunch of times too! It was AMAZING! It's one of the scariest Haunted Houses I've ever been too. I'll deff go back this year to check it out! I would even love to work there!
